（中央社華盛頓10日綜合外電報導）美國白宮今天宣布，4月30日底前將撤離大多數派遣西非對抗伊波拉疫情的1300名美軍，僅留約100名人員在當地協助。

路透社報導，白宮表示，美國仍關切近來幾內亞伊波拉病例攀升的情況，並呼籲全球在伊波拉案例降至零以前，持續關注疫情。

「華爾街日報」（WSJ）今天稍早即引述官員報導，目前派遣賴比瑞亞、塞內加爾的1300名美軍，多數將於未來幾週撤離。

根據世界衛生組織（WHO），自2013年12月爆發的伊波拉疫情已經奪走近9000條人命。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1040211
