英國1名男子就是愛喝汽油，精神狀況不佳的他，竟然當街對多名女子搓揉自己下體並口出穢言。

據英國《都市報》報導，現年23歲的帝芬斯（Robert Stephens）日前喝完汽油，就搖搖晃晃靠近5名陌生女子，揚言要將手伸進她們的裙子裡，接著就搓揉自己的下體。

不久後，帝芬斯再度靠近2名女子，問願不願意幫他口交、願不願意跟他做愛，接著又靠近2名女學生說：「妳們到了可以抽菸的年紀，就可以吸我的屌了」。

隨後警方將滿身汽油味的史帝芬斯逮捕。其實史帝芬斯過去也曾因相同行為被捕，被判決6個月監禁與5年限制行動，今年2月才出獄，沒想到仍然死性不改。
