揮別22K？勞動部調查：青年平均月薪28K

根據勞動部調查顯示，平均每名青年勞工已做過2.1個工作，每份工作做1.6年，且總年資為2年，平均月薪2萬8925元。

為了解青年勞工就業概況，勞動部於103年10月以參加勞保且在職的15至29歲受僱青年勞工為調查對象，進行「15-29歲青年勞工就業狀況調查」，回收有效樣本4034份。

受少子化及高等教育普及影響，近年青年就業人數持續減少，勞動部說明，民國95年為244萬1000人，到去年降為209萬9000人；其中大學及以上學歷者占比增加至103年已達57.0%，較101年增加6.0個百分點。

根據調查，在薪資部分，103年10月青年勞工平均月薪是2萬8925元，較初次就業2萬5506 元增加3419元，較101年增加1500元。目前工作薪資較初次就業時增加者占55.2%，不變者占34.2%，減少者占10.6%。

此外，目前有28.0%青年勞工打算轉換工作，主因是目前工作「待遇太低」（13.9%）最高，其次為「工作無發展前景」（11.5%）。
