期限倒數計時 美伊核談再啟

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）今天與伊朗外交部長查瑞夫（MohammadJavad Zarif）展開新一輪核子會談，3月31日的談判期限開始倒數計時。

長久以來，約束伊朗爭議性核計畫的協議始終難以達成，在僅剩幾天的情況下，凱瑞和查瑞夫今天在瑞士洛桑一座豪華的湖濱飯店會面。

伊朗核子事務主管官員沙列西（Ali Akbar Salehi）對記者表示，儘管有外在反對勢力干涉，他對於和世界列強達成可望具有歷史性意義的核子協議，感到「樂觀」。

沙列西說：「整體來說我覺得很樂觀...但國際間有意製造更多麻煩並希望不要處理這個問題的人，並不只是袖手旁觀，他們企圖要確使雙方無法達成協議。」

沙列西說：「伊朗伊斯蘭共和國已展現其政治意願，現在就看另一方要不要往前踏一步，以展現其有解決問題的政治意願。」
