IBM釋前嫌 浪潮集團合作

（中央社台北24日電）彭博報導，國際商業機器公司（IBM）不計浪潮集團（Inspur）先前打出「從IBM到浪潮」口號，企圖搶走IBM客戶的前嫌，宣布和這家中國大陸伺服器廠商攜手合作。

IBM和浪潮22日發布新聞稿宣布，IBM的資料庫和WebSphere軟體將應用在浪潮生產的伺服器上，浪潮也將運用IBM的Power8晶片，協助設計自有系統。

彭博5月報導，美國與大陸政府為網路偵監和竊取美國企業機密的指控翻臉，致使大陸政府研究境內銀行業仰賴IBM的技術，是否危害國家安全。浪潮隨後發起奪走IBM客戶的行動，引發兩家公司對立。

IBM當時表示，不清楚有任何建議大陸銀行業勿使用IBM伺服器的政府政策。「中國日報」22日引述IBM大中華區董事長兼執行長錢大群訪談報導，IBM未曾停止向大陸銀行業提供新的伺服器。

彭博報導指出，IBM在大陸的營收不斷滑落，使執行長羅睿蘭（Ginni Rometty）的獲利目標面臨沉重壓力，IBM一直試著扭轉乾坤。

經匯率換算調整，IBM第2季在大陸的營收年減11%，延續第1季大減20%的頹勢。IBM曾在5月表示，在大陸的營收將近一半源自硬體銷售。

報導說，對浪潮集團而言，這項合作協議使浪潮的硬體可附使用IBM軟體的選項，可能有助說服潛在客戶採購。1030824
