內湖山老鼠案區長遭停職　民政局專委接任

台北市內湖區區長林世崇等人涉嫌挪用100多萬公款，私自開路圖利地主案遭士林地方法院羈押禁見，北市民政局今表示，依據《公務人員懲戒法》第3條規定，林世崇已於羈押禁見同日起停職，市府今核定由民政局專門委員林菁調任內湖公所區長職務。

民政局指出，林菁區長曾任北市大安戶所主任、北市中正區及士林區公所區長、北市府民政局專門委員，資歷豐富完整，嫻熟行政及區政業務。（林媛玲／台北報導）
