美吾華(1731-TW)召開董事會通過去年財報，103年度合併稅後淨利8052萬元，年增26%，每股稅後盈餘0.61元。美吾華由董事長李成家創立，創設已達38年，也寫下生技業者中，連續38年都賺錢的紀錄！

美吾華表示，去年業績成長動能包括美吾髮事業部，因美髮產品在中國大陸業績躍升，另外醫藥事業部所代理的法國「慕之恬廊」，為全球母嬰肌膚照護第一品牌，也展現強勁動能，累計營收雖因102年5月起代理糖尿病藥新合約，營收改以物流服務淨額認列而減少，但同基礎下營收及毛利均有成長。

美吾華董事會也通過配發現金股息每股0.6元。
