樹森問題牛排，商家最快下周一起退費

北市衛生局、消保官今日下午與30家使用樹森公司問題平價牛排的營業登記業者開會，討論退費事宜。

會議決議，30家業者均同意讓吃到問題牛肉的消費者退費，但因每家業者所提供的餐點不同，詳細退費金額、方式，最快將由各業者，明天在店面或官網公布。消費者最快可在下周一持發票等消費證明，前往店家辦理退費。

不過，其餘92家夜市、流動攤販名單，衛生局仍堅持不公布。衛生局表示，該局主要工作為保護消費者健康。他們務必會將問題產品下架，避免民眾使用；但衛生局畢竟不是檢調單位，一味地公布店家名單，會為對社會帶來負面衝擊。
