頂新股票質借 主動增提擔保

頂新集團魏家以味全（1201）股票質借，在味全股價重挫之際，雖未觸及擔保品不足警戒線，但頂新集團已主動增提擔保品。

兆豐銀表示，頂新集團公司與魏家個人在兆豐銀的股票質借，魏家早在味全股票重挫但尚未觸及增提擔保價位時，就主動增加設質股票擔保品，兆豐票提供頂新8,000萬元商業本票發行保證，頂新也在到期前就提前清償。該行對頂新集團與魏家放款，目前都沒有擔保品不足問題。
