雙子星 北市府：中工已經喪失簽約資格

雙子星開發案一波三折，北市府發言人張其強今天表示，到昨天晚上12點之前，沒有收到中工任何文件，銀行上午營業後也做確認，無任何金額匯入，因此中工喪失了簽約資格，目前捷運局正就後續方案進行研議，可能由第三順位億大遞補，也可能廢標。

稍晚市長郝龍斌可能對此發表談話。
