鴻海捐3億給市府？　其實是蓋好台北館給市府用

台北市長柯文哲今在法庭作證「三億男」就是鴻海集團董事長郭台銘，民進黨立委柯建銘則稱郭是捐款給北市府，民進黨市議員童仲彥今也指出，已請主計處查過一開始接觸的都發局，後來接觸的觀傳局都說沒這筆三億的，究竟郭董有沒有捐三億給市府，據了解，鴻海集團當初確實花了約3億元經費，興建上海世界博覽會台北館，並且供台北市政府展覽使用，由於並沒有直接捐款給北市府，因此沒有留下單據。

《蘋果》今詢問包括產發局、觀傳局等局處，產發局表示，當初參加上海世博籌備的相關人員，多數已不在職位上，是否有捐款還要再了解；觀傳局則稱，該局僅負責後續行銷，因此不了解鴻海是否有捐款。（生活中心／台北報導）
