奈國產油州州長選舉 執政黨贏回政權

官方計票結果今天顯示，奈及利亞執政黨人民民主黨（PDP）重新贏回產油重鎮河流州（Rivers）掌控權；在野黨之前指控選舉遭到操控。

選舉委員會表示，奈國總統強納森（GoodluckJonathan）所屬PDP的候選人外克（Nyesom Wike）在州長選舉拿下102萬9102票，和新任總統當選人布哈里（Muhammadu Buhari）同為全民進步黨（APC）的彼得塞德（Dakuku Peterside），則取得12萬4896票。

之前執掌河流州的APC指稱這項結果為「強姦民主」，但PDP說這反映人民對他們的信心。

河流州在11日舉行的州長選舉中占有舉足輕重地位，主因奈國石油與天然氣產業大多位於這個南部三角洲地區。

即將卸任的州長阿梅契（Rotimi Amaechi）2013年從PDP轉而投效APC，並強力批評強納森政府後，這場選舉氣氛便顯得緊繃。

兩週前的總統大選，APC便普遍傳出PDP在河流州投票出現舞弊情事，導致群眾進行示威並呼籲重新選舉。
