視察電動機車業 毛揆：向排碳宣戰

行政院長毛治國今早前往電動機車業者參訪，他提到，「向排碳宣戰」的時候快到了，各種領域都要有減碳的方式，台灣的機車外銷有實力也有說服力，希望機車電動化能順利發展，成為我國具競爭力的新興外銷產業。

電動機車目前國內共有43家廠家，產值新台幣8.73億元，但有九成內銷、僅一成外銷。政府從103年起，預計至106年的4年間，希望推動國內電動機車數量達3.7萬輛，將台灣打造為全球電動機車與關鍵組件主要生產國與商業營運示範基地。

毛治國上午提到，今年底在巴黎，各國可能針對氣候變遷簽訂新的、有法律約束力的排碳要求，在2020年實施；而以國家為單位，台灣的排碳量明顯偏高，可能以後會成為我國發展國際貿易的地雷，台灣已經沒有幾年時間準備，很快就要向排碳宣戰。
