過年前換了這份新工作(國外業務助理) 外銷部門原本一個業務加一個業務經理以及兩個助理共四人! 到目前也去一個多月了... 這期間過年紅包老闆就包了5000給我! 然後薪水加了2000!...(內心真的很開心) 也很幸運的遇到好的老前輩非常肯教我~(當然自己也有點基本底子) 學的速度也算快也沒被罵過..(只有被唸英文寫作方面要加強)! 但就在昨天......老前輩忽然跟我說他跟業務經理預計做到四月中!!! 因為公司兩年前移遷到中部鄉下....他們也跟著通勤兩年多了.... 當下聽到晴天霹靂阿~~~(這份工作其實包含了一些業務性質了) 雖然他把我教的算很好!!但是沒有了她....我頓時壓力更大... 原本剛進公司心理壓力就頗大了.... 哀~該不會我才剛學會我就又要開始教新人了吧! 我也是新人阿~~哀~~以上..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.138.129.176 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1426309035.A.527.html ※ 編輯: doremifasola (101.138.129.176), 03/14/2015 12:57:47
