僅帶動戶口遷移？　柯市府擬停「助妳好孕」

台北市4年前為提高生率，推出「助妳好孕」，每胎2萬元生育獎勵金、每月2500元育兒津貼等方案，柯市府質疑僅帶動戶口遷移，未必代表實質生育率成長，已請專家評估。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台北市民政局長藍世聰表示，視察戶政事務所發現「助妳好孕」政策上路後，當年北市淨遷入口比2010年暴增近3倍，但隔年起恢復正常，甚至比以往低。民政局官員坦言，該政策實施後，遷入人口的確沒有明顯成長。

藍世聰說，助妳好孕政策究是帶動出生率，還是僅帶動戶口遷移，已委託專家學者研究數據，已請專家評估成效，決定是否調整或續辦。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
