今全台晴朗炎熱　高溫達36℃

今天持續受到太平洋高壓籠罩影響，全台各地維持晴到多雲、高溫炎熱的穩定天氣，中午前後高溫可達33到36℃，提醒民眾到戶外活動要多補充水分以免中暑。另外，各地山區午後容易有雷陣雨發生，並可能有瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲等現象，前往山區活動要留意安全。

中央氣象局提醒，今天陽光強烈，紫外線指數容易達到過量或危險等級，民眾外出要記得做好防曬準備。

氣象局預估，這波穩定天氣可持續到周六，不過周二開始受到偏東風影響，東南部地區有局部短暫陣雨。（張勵德／台北報導）
