先前傳出蘋果將取得Sony Music旗下音樂內容授權，進而可用於即將推出的「iRadio」服務，近期則也有說法透露蘋果已經獲得授權，預計將很快對外公佈此項服務。

根據AllThingsD網站引述消息來源表示，目前蘋果可能已經完成與Sony Music簽署音樂授權，加上先前分別取得華納音樂、環球音樂的授權，估計將能使蘋果開始推行傳聞許久的「iRadio」服務。不過，目前依然沒有更具細節透露，或許還是要等下週間舉辦的WWDC 2013活動公佈。

但蘋果是否會在WWDC 2013期間公佈此項服務，目前其實還不是相當肯定，也有可能僅透露將有此項功能，但具體上線時程可能還是要等今年秋季，與新款iPod系列產品一同問世。
