小套房有人抽煙

我是學生在外租小套房

但是自從一樓搬到二樓後晚上睡覺常常被煙味臭醒

煙味是來自浴室的抽風口

請問這有法律可以管嗎？

但是我也不知道是哪一間在抽煙

每次都被臭醒根本沒辦法好好睡覺

我也沒錢買什麼空氣清靜機

難道只有自認倒霉或搬家了嗎？
