審林益世案法官自請評鑑 駁回

承審林益世案的台北地院合議庭審判長吳秋宏、法官紀凱峰及林孟皇上個月自請移送評鑑，司法院法官評鑑委員會審理後認為，應由「機關」、而非「個人」請求評鑑，議決本案不付評鑑，程序上予以駁回。
