台大醫院前伸鹹豬手　竟辯「安慰她」

北市1名溫姓男子今年2月10日下午，在台大醫院門口看到1名女子與母親從醫院步出，竟在眾目睽睽之下，伸手拍了一下女子左胸，女子嚇得發抖，隨即匆匆逃離報警。檢警循監視器逮獲溫男，他竟稱是因見女子心情不好，為了安慰她才拍拍她的胸口，但檢方認定溫男飾詞狡辯，今依性騷擾罪起訴他。
 
被害女子報案指出，案發當天下午她在母親陪同下到台大醫院看病，但當她和母親走出醫院時，溫男卻突然靠近，拍了一下她的左胸上方，她嚇得趕緊拉著母親逃離，事後越想越氣，因而報案。
 
溫男遭逮後，向檢方辯稱，當天他是到台大醫院探望住院親友，他在醫院門口抽菸時，看到被害人眉頭深鎖，見她心情不好，因此拍胸口安慰，否認伸鹹豬手。
 
但檢察官調查發現，溫男與被害人素昧平生，且拍胸口安慰的方式也不合常情，再加上被害人遭襲胸後，隨即匆匆逃離，據此認定他飾詞狡辯，今予以起訴。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
