IMF官員：日銀何時達成通膨目標難斷

國際貨幣基金（IMF）表示，現在局勢變得難以預估日本銀行（央行）何時能達成通膨目標，先前IMF曾預測日銀大約能在2017年或2018年達成通膨目標。

IMF日本地區主管科赫哈17日說：「現在要研判日銀能在X時或Y時達成通膨目標的不確定性太高」，變數包括油價、薪資成長以及日本企業使用現金的狀況。

儘管日銀總裁黑田東彥重申，大約能在本年度（截至2016年3月）達成通膨目標，但IMF卻預料日本的通膨率到2016年仍只有日銀目標值的一半。國際油價腰斬使得日銀重視的物價指標停止成長，導致黑田難以在兩年內實現通膨目標。
