女久咳胃痛求醫 胃裡卡10公分鋼筆

宜蘭一名20歲的年輕女性，因為久咳不癒，加上偶爾胃痛到醫院就診，結果醫生幫她照胃鏡時，赫然發現胃裡竟然有一支己經鏽蝕，10公分長的鋼筆，醫生說，筆在病人胃中應該已經有半年之久，如果再延誤演變成腹膜炎，恐怕就有生命危險。

透過x光片胃照圖，可以看到病人的胃下方躺了一支筆，再從內視鏡看，這下更清楚，一支己經生鏽而且長達10公分的鋼筆，就這樣卡在一名20歲女子的胃裡。

這支已經被推到胃裡的筆，和食道垂直，又沒有施力點，醫生足足花了15分鐘才取出。

幸好筆頭在胃裡沒有外露，才沒有立即的危險，但怎麼會將長達10公分的筆吞進肚內，醫生說，病人沒有詳述，無法得知，這支筆在胃裡長達半年之久，再晚一點發現，恐怕就會變成腹膜炎，嚴重可能會要命。(民視新聞 黃富溢 宜蘭報導)
