首次在彰化舉辦的「海峽兩岸民間藝術節」，27日晚上在彰化演藝廳舉辦「戲樂風華」表演藝術交流晚會開幕式，由兩岸表演藝術團隊及藝術家共同攜手合作演出，演出內容集藝術展演、學術研討、示範推廣與藝術展覽，內容精彩絕倫，演出至7月1日結束，民眾免費索票進場。

今年演出的鋪陳，由新血輪的演繹向兩岸歌仔戲大師致敬，祝賀「閩南第一歌仙」－邵江海百歲冥誕，及「台灣歌仔戲國寶」廖瓊枝八十壽誕，以上溯傳統戲曲發展脈絡，表達年輕新生代接棒傳承的決心與毅力。

副縣長林田富蒞臨現場表示，彰化是文化歷史的城市，希望透過這次兩岸攜手舉辦的活動，讓傳統戲曲能在彰化更加深根茁壯、開花結果，促進兩岸間的文化交流；同時透過這次活動，發掘更多藝術種子，為文化藝術注入更多新血輪。

6月27日至7月1日一連五天，的兩岸民間傳統藝術節活動，分別在南北管音樂戲曲館、彰化演藝廳、員林演藝廳、鹿港龍山寺、鹿港藝文館廣場等地陸續展開。彰化演藝廳及員林演藝廳活動場次，在彰化縣文化局、南北管音樂戲曲館及員林演藝廳服務台開放索票；相關活動訊息，請上彰化縣文化局網站（http://www.bocach.gov.tw）查詢。（彰化縣政府廣告）
